Shuangfengda Aerated Block Strapping Line Now in Operation in Jilin

A new strapping line supplied by Qingzhou Shuangfengda Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently been commissioned and is now officially in operation at an aerated block production facility in Jilin Province.
The line is centered around a horizontal strapping machine, which handles the strapping of palletized aerated block stacks. Blocks are stacked on wooden pallets before entering the strapping station, where the machine automatically applies high-strength PET strapping around the stack. The process—strap feeding, tensioning, sealing, and cutting—is fully automated.
For customers who prefer pallet-based packaging, the horizontal strapping machine offers a straightforward and reliable solution. The strapping head moves horizontally across the stack, applying even tension to secure the blocks firmly to the pallet. This helps maintain stack integrity during forklift transport and long-haul shipping.
The Jilin customer selected this approach to ensure product stability during transportation across the province. With multiple delivery points and varying road conditions, a well-strapped load reduces the risk of shifting or damage, allowing blocks to arrive at job sites in good condition.
The installation went smoothly, with Shuangfengda technicians working closely with the customer‘s on-site team to ensure proper integration with the existing production line. The equipment underwent multiple test runs before being cleared for full operation.
The customer reported that the machine operates reliably and keeps pace with upstream production. The operator noted that the touchscreen interface makes it easy to adjust strapping tension and the number of straps per stack, which is helpful when switching between different block sizes.
“Our goal was to improve the packaging stage without adding complexity to our workflow,” said the customer’s production manager. “This horizontal strapping machine does exactly that. It runs steadily, the stacks come out neat and tight, and our loading crew finds them easier to handle.”
The worker in charge of the strapping station added, “Before, we had to assist with manual strapping or adjust loads frequently. Now the machine takes care of it, and the strapping result is consistent every time.”
This project adds another reference for Shuangfengda in Northeast China. As more manufacturers look to modernize their packaging processes, equipment that offers consistent performance and straightforward operation continues to gain recognition.
The Jilin line is now running daily, turning out strapped aerated block stacks ready for shipment to construction sites across the region.
